Clean and beautiful, with a shower, kitchen, and all the facilities provided. It's a very good hostel for one person. If you're coming as three or four, a flat or apartment would be better.

The room I booked had garbage all over the floor. There were lots of insects in the kitchen, and the toilets were dirty with broken doors. The staff were unfriendly and in- host.

They say a room is available, but when we get there, we're told there are no rooms. 🤥

Right in the center of Astana, the hotel was clean, cozy, and quiet, with good prices. The towels were clean and the bed linens snow-white. We were given two single beds instead of a double, which was bad, and the bed creaked. The electrical outlet was broken.
