The location was spot on, and the hotel itself felt clean and comfortable. Asluzhan at reception was especially kind and ready to help. I’d happily come back.

The airport transfer left a bad impression. The hotel’s transport partner got in touch with me directly and took 13,000 ₸ during the ride. Then the hotel asked me for another 12,000 ₸ for that same trip. They said the first payment would be refunded, but three weeks later I still hadn’t received anything. Be careful with this service.

Breakfast was average, though the service was good, and dinner isn't available after 10 pm. The location is handy, with plenty of small mini marts nearby. I booked their best room, the Junior Suite, which was very spacious and clean. It felt fresh too. There's a small refrigerator but no mini bar. Just don't count on getting in before 2 pm, as they don't offer early check-in.

The staff did a lot to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Aigerim Abubakir, Tomiris, and Darkhan were especially helpful. We had a great stay at Hotel Aykum in Asthana, Khazakasthan last week. The rooms were roomy, spotless, nicely decorated, and had fresh linens. There was a big choice at the breakfast buffet, and everything was delicious. I'd absolutely recommend it for the helpful, cooperative service.
