I've been coming here for three years and used to love everything, from the food and salon to the fitness center and spa. My last visit was disappointing because of the staff. The cosmetologist who did my facial cleaning was unpleasant, and the waiters at the restaurant where I often eat were unfriendly and seemed distrustful. They demanded to see my bracelet as if they thought I was lying, even though I'm a regular. Maybe they're new, but they need training in service and customer care. I don't feel much like coming back.

I had an annual membership and thought the place was incredible. The saunas were the highlight for me, especially the Moroccan one, where you lie on a hot stone under purple "stars" on the ceiling. The pool and gorgeous renovation were lovely too, but the saunas topped them. The gym is modern and well equipped, and I've never had to wait for a bike, treadmill, or other machine. I'd even say the restaurant is the best in Astana, though the menu isn't very big.
