The apartment was modern, clean, quiet, and everything worked. We barely saw anyone on our floor during the four days. The room matched the video in another review, and it worked for our needs, though it might not suit everyone. We were there for a family event and didn't spend much time inside, so the location was convenient. Finding the place was incredibly difficult, with basically no signage we could find. Luckily, someone with us spoke Kazakh and could guide us to the desk on floor D6, with the entrance near Chef Restaurant. There were only two cups, glasses, and plates, plus two sets of cutlery, so don't plan on cooking much.

The staff were friendly, the apartments were big, and the amenities worked well for a long stay. The price was fair.

The location was great, the price was good, and the staff were nice. Still, the beds were really uncomfortable. One apartment's sofa folded out, but it was basically only good for sitting. We booked two apartments and asked for them near each other, or at least on the same floor. At check-in the manager said there was no such request, so we had to negotiate it all over again. The reception also tried to charge us more than we owed, even though we booked on the hotel's website in Tenge for the exact amount due. There were no pots or pans, and after asking, we got one burnt pan that couldn't be used. The water filter didn't work, and the AC in one apartment was broken.

The customer service was great, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The location is very convenient, across the street from the US Embassy. Highly recommend, and thank you!

It's a clean, peaceful place in a great location, with kind, supportive staff. I requested a wake-up call, and a staff member came and knocked on my door at the time I asked. Very attentive and professional.
