The rooms are serviced only every three days. The place is very quiet, the beds are good, and the shower works well, though there's no soap dish. Staff were very helpful arranging transportation.

There's free private parking, breakfast is included, and the restaurant is very good. The rooms are nice, the bedding is clean, the location is pretty good, and the staff are helpful.

There's a park nearby for a walk, and a conference room on the sixth floor. The staff are polite, the rooms are clean and cozy, and ours had a balcony. The food was delicious, with a full meal plan for 3,000 tenge.

The room was dirty, with stains on the curtains and shelves, and the bathroom stall door was broken, leaving water all over the floor. They hadn't cleaned, replaced the toiletries, or taken out the trash. When I asked, I was told cleaning happened on the third day and the maids had already left that evening. The only lights were the bedside lamps and a floor lamp. This place is disgusting.

We enjoyed the hearty, tasty breakfasts and the set menus, which felt like home cooking. The rooms were cozy and clean, and housekeeping was prompt. Staff were polite and attentive to each guest. Thanks to the administrator, Gulmira, for her help. We loved everything and will definitely stay again when we're in Nur-Sultan. I highly recommend it.
