After a 24-hour trip with four flights and three airport layovers, I got in at 1 am and was met with a very unwelcoming reception. The room was small and short on amenities, and it didn’t seem checked before I arrived: the bath soap dispenser was empty, the tissue box nearly empty, and the table lamp didn’t work. Getting the right soap took three requests. First I was given replacement shampoo, left on the desk outside the bathroom. Then a handwash dispenser was put outside the bathroom too. On the third try I finally got bath soap, but the housekeeper still hadn’t put the right dispenser in the bathroom. The bathmat was also taken away and not replaced. There was no iron in the room, so I had to go to the shared ironing area on the 11th floor and use an iron that was dangerously damaged (see pic). A very unpleasant stay. I can’t recommend it.

The staff were hospitable, the food was excellent, and the city views were lovely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable too. One of the best luxury hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel is a little dated, but I was comfortable there. My standard room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable even though its wheels made it move around. The breakfast could use more attention and updating. It’s near a river and not far from the centre. I had a good stay.

I stay here regularly and enjoy it. It’s a straightforward, unpretentious Radisson: clean rooms, comfortable beds, everything working, and welcoming staff. The food is miserable, whether breakfast or anything else. Luckily there’s an excellent Italian cafe next door.

The internet kept dropping, and then the TV would stop or freeze. I had to change the channel every 5 to 10 minutes. Even while writing this, the connection was gone and I had to wait for it to return. The hotel feels old and only partly clean. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee machine and toaster were very old. The bathtub is so high that getting in feels like a challenge, and I can’t see how people manage without risking a broken leg. One of the worst Radisson stays I’ve had.
