10/10
The location was convenient, with everything we needed nearby, and the room was bright and tidy with everything working properly. It was clean, cozy, and quiet, and the staff were polite, helpful, and ready with advice. Our stay was comfortable and worry-free. Thanks for the hospitality, I’d be happy to return!

The place was dirty. They said it had been cleaned, but nothing had actually been cleaned. A huge downside. At least the linen was brought in clean, so that’s one plus.

The price isn't too bad, but I won't stay again. I've tried this place a couple of times and couldn't get steady hot water: it swung between scalding and cold, and I got fed up adjusting it. Even after I asked the administrator to move me, the next room had the same issue. The furnishings are just okay, and the bed rocks.

The room felt cozy and had plenty of space, plus there was a fireplace. The staff were courteous and friendly, which made for a great stay.

The staff are polite, and it's fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't live here. You may need to pick a room that's warmer or cooler, and basic things keep failing, sometimes the TV, sometimes the kettle. Once I walked in to find lace underwear left lying around 🤣. So much for the room cleaning.
