My stay was unpleasant from the start. The first room had a broken door, and after I shut it from inside, I couldn't open it, so I had to move. The replacement room seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned for 3 months. I spoke with reception, and she said the information about what was inside the room wasn't current. Why should I have to check that myself? There was no clean stuff in the hotel room. The station phone didn't work because its batteries were missing, the shower wouldn't close properly, and the toilet hadn't been repaired. I strongly don't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting good, clean service.

The rooms are poorly maintained, and the service is bad. They said English-speaking employees were available, but no one speaks English. There was no AC remote or drinking water, some lights didn't work, and the door locks were hard to open. The room had no blind curtains or bedsheet, and there wasn't even a curtain on the big bathroom window. Please don't book here if you care about your safety.
