We stayed here with family six months ago, and I’d meant to leave a review then. The 20% discount offer prompted me to write one. We paid 300,000 tenge for two nights in a family room, and the quality didn’t justify the price. The room was cold, the food wasn’t tasty, including what was provided, and the hotel only offers breakfast. Service was poor too. Requests took a long time, or things arrived bit by bit. The sauna is supposed to be open at certain hours, but it never opened during our stay. We were disappointed.
