WEN-LI C.
For £16 a night with breakfast, it was cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was two eggs, a hotdog, toast, and coffee or tea. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, toiletries are lacking, and there's no elevator. There isn't much to see or do nearby, or many places to eat. The hotel calls itself a Hotel and Bar, but there isn't a bar.
