The staff were really good, and breakfast wasn't bad, though I expected better from a star hotel. Check the spa details before you arrive, since it costs extra, and bring your own slippers. They won't accept the ones the hotel provides.

I liked the pool, spa, and massage, and it’s a convenient location for business trips. Food and drinks are available late, which was handy. Service can drag at times, and English may be difficult outside the front desk. Breakfast wasn't especially exciting.

The family room was huge, though its space could have been used better and there were a few very minor drawbacks. I'd still highly recommend it.

The bathroom has been renovated, though the room itself feels old. For the price, it's a reasonable hotel.

The rooms and furniture are old, and the bathroom towels were dirty. I didn't feel valued as a guest, especially given the lack of service. Three nights cost £260, which this place wasn't worth. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their time and money.
