Astana Rental House was a great apartment, just as described. The renovation is modern, the furniture is comfortable, and it had what we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and cozy. The location was handy for shops and transportation, and check-in was quick and simple. We were very happy with it and will definitely return.

I really like the building, but dealing with the Korkem Development office has been frustrating. I’m renting a parking space for a year for 162,000 rubles, and although I explained that I drive different cars and would park whichever one I had, Aigerim, the manager, said that isn’t allowed. So what am I supposed to do? I thought renting a space meant I could use it with any car, as is usual elsewhere, but they won’t let me. It feels like they don’t actually want to rent out the parking. Her manager, Alnura, completely ignores what I’m trying to explain and doesn’t understand. To the higher management, if you read this, please take action. Thank you.

The house is like a fairy tale, but the internet connection is awful. Being without internet these days is just as bad.
