There was a strange, almost empty feeling here, as if no other guests were around. The rooms seem stuck in the late 1980s, from the furniture to the overall look. The place is old and, unfortunately, not very clean. Nobody was at reception, and when a cleaner eventually appeared, we could barely communicate.

The sauna was the highlight for our group, roomy, with gentle steam and a comfortable spot to relax afterward. We spent a few hours there chatting and unwinding. The welcome was warm from the start, and the rooms were clean and cozy, with everything arranged thoughtfully for comfort. We ordered dinner after the sauna and enjoyed both the food and its presentation. There was a lot of care in the details. It made for a lovely group break, with privacy, a relaxing atmosphere, and what we needed close by. We'd come back.

They told me I was the first guest after the renovation, so I guess I was lucky. The room felt fresh, clean, and neat. I was able to check in early at 9:00 a.m. without paying extra, and the staff were friendly.
