I booked seven nights and would have rated the hotel well, but there was no housekeeping at all. The room was a good size and had almost everything I needed, except an iron. I was told to buy one myself. They only provided two small tubes each of shampoo and shower gel, and weren’t generous with more when I asked reception for enough for my seven-day stay. In the end, I bought my own at the nearby mini market.

Having a washer and iron in the room is especially handy for a longer stay, and the reception team made things easy. Thanks in particular to Medine. The location is excellent, and for the price, this is the best hotel in Astana. Torre will be my first choice next time I'm back.

Hello. It would be helpful to have prayer rugs in the rooms and the Qibla direction marked. I also hope they replace the coffee and water supplied in the rooms, since I consider them unhealthy and boycotted.
