Good value for the money, and I’d definitely recommend it. The rooms are a good size, well furnished and clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Breakfast was great, with something for everyone. There’s free parking in a guarded lot, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything working.

The staff are excellent, and the rooms are large, clean and fairly comfortable, with a lounge and kitchenette. The bathrooms are quite spacious too. Internet and WiFi access are dismal, when you can even get logged in, so that needs attention. The restaurant only has a very basic, limited buffet.

The restaurant serves the best Bolognese in Atyrau. The receptionists in particular are excellent, and these are among the best apartments in Atyrau.

A good restaurant and clean, tidy rooms make this a great choice for business trips. They’ve recently opened a fantastic new gym, and it includes a sauna.

They put me on a floor that was entirely under repair, with all the rooms open for repairs, and the corridor was dirty. Room service was very bad too. Twice, someone broke into my room at 5:00 am without even knocking.
