The rooms have been newly renovated and each has its own character. Staff are polite and friendly, and the Wi-Fi is stable for work or online entertainment. There’s even an elevator, which is handy after a delicious, hearty breakfast when you’re heading back upstairs. A sauna is available for relaxing too. If you enjoy peace, quiet, and a view of the snow-covered mountains from the window, you’ll love this great hotel.

The first thing I noticed at the new Irbis Inn was how cozy and comfortable it felt, with all the amenities of a five-star hotel. The interior is beautiful and well designed, and the quiet Kok-Tobe district near the center of Almaty let me sleep without disturbance. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast is buffet style, and parking and Wi-Fi are free. As one of the first guests, I got a spa certificate from the hotel as a compliment. I’ll be a regular guest. Thank you!

I travel a lot, but only a few times have I felt this warm and comfortable. It’s one of the best hotels in the world: very clean, completely quiet and relaxing, with an interesting loft-style design in every room. The spa is beyond praise. P.S. If you like partying and making quick runs to the store for a third drink, this isn’t the place for you.
