The sauna was very clean and tidy when we visited Comfort Place hotel on the 13th. We were welcomed, shown out, and offered drinks. The receptionist was responsible and quick. I recommend it to everyone!

We needed a hotel late at night, and Inga at reception welcomed us so professionally. She was friendly and smiling, showed us to our clean room, and explained everything there. The staff were very nice, better than I expected from a hotel. From now on, if I stay at a hotel, it'll be Diar. I hope to see the wonderful receptionist, Inga, again. Superb, we're happy.

We took a suite this morning, and the room was clean. The service was top notch, and the receptionist explained everything in detail. The staff were prompt and gave us a warm welcome. We came away with a good impression.

We got there at 1:00 AM, but the bar was closed, and so was the restaurant. The receptionist was rude and just said the restaurant was closed without explaining, even though the listing says it's open 24/7. Managers, your waiters were sleeping on the couches and treating guests rudely. The response was, "Bro, we're all closed," with every word delivered as a rant. Service: 0, hospitality: 0, respect: 0.

I visited Comfort Hotel yesterday and really liked it. The receptionist was very nice, and the service was excellent. Many thanks to the Comfort Plaza team.
