The food was delicious, and everyone made us feel welcome and looked after. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was warm and cozy, spotless, and always smelled fresh. I loved everything. The hotel is right in the city center, close to everything.

The hotel is in the European part of the city, near the central square, the Renaissance Hotel, and the Central Mosque. Atyrau and Bayzaar shopping centers are close, as are offices for large companies, all within walking distance. It's a mid-range place at 13,900 rubles a night with breakfast. The street runs parallel to the main road. Taxis around town cost 300-900 rubles; trips beyond the city cost more, so agree on a fare beforehand. Booking through an online app is best.

Breakfast was the one good thing. The room smelled smoky and they only cleaned it when I asked. There were no drinks in the empty fridge, and they said they didn't have enough. I had to make a fuss before they brought a robe and slippers.
