There are two Atyrau hotels with similar names, Rush Hotel and Rush Butik Hotel, so be careful. I showed the Rush Hotel Booking.com reservation to the receptionist at Rush Butik Hotel without realizing I was at the wrong place. She saw the error, but asked me to confirm the reservation price and charged me that amount for a room at Rush Butik Hotel without telling me I’d arrived at the wrong hotel. Now I’m liable for both rooms because I unknowingly missed my actual booking. In the spirit of hospitality, I expected her to send me to the correct hotel. Instead, I was charged more than the Rush Butik Hotel room rate to spend the night at the wrong hotel.

For a business trip, I needed somewhere to rest before my flight. The room was clean, with tea-making facilities and good toiletries in the shower. The windows were a bit noisy, and the air pressure wasn’t great. That didn’t bother me much because I’d rather have better ventilation. Breakfast was there, though quite minimal: a boiled egg, sausage, cheese, tea, coffee, and snacks. The price is a little steep, but that’s true around here, especially with oil workers everywhere. Still, it was good value for money for the local area, and a good experience. 👍🏻

The staff were polite and always ready to help, and the service was top-notch. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the convenient location and pleasant atmosphere made for an easy stay. A wonderful place to relax!

It’s clean, with large rooms and everything you need, and it’s good value for the money. The airport is nearby, though getting there from the city isn’t a problem either. Of course, it’s not a Hilton.

It’s close to the airport, but the stay was noisy and cold. There was no shower or TV, and breakfast was so-so. They even took the kettle to the next room without explaining why.
