SULO Hotel

The rooms look modern and clean at first, and the hotel is convenient for the airport. But after settling in, I noticed several problems that seem to come from low-quality fittings, poor workmanship, and bad design. The ground-floor rooms are easier if you have heavy luggage because there is no lift. All the lights are controlled by switches near the door, with no extra switches by the bed or bathroom entrance. The towel hooks often swivel, so hanging towels takes careful balancing. In my latest room, the toilet wasn't secured properly to the floor and could move around. I sincerely hope the wet patches on the floor came from somewhere other than a leak from the toilet drain. Not nice.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and a young woman at reception checked me in late in the evening even though I had no reservation. Her colleague was helpful too the next morning. The hotel feels new, the rooms are warm, and everything works, with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is standard. Its location close to the airport is very convenient. I'd recommend it to friends. Rakhmet.

The front desk was easy to deal with and professional, and the bed was nice. The room is small compared with other hotels, and mine had a bad smell from the bathroom, though maybe it was just this room. I wasn't staying long, so I didn't make a fuss. Chips bar and grill is right beside SULO, and the airport is within walking distance. For a trip into Atyrau I'd stay elsewhere, but if you're heading to the airport, this place is definitely worth it.

The pub food was amazing, and my room was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Thanks! It's a perfect hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.
