The location worked well for us. There’s a zoo and museum across the road, the lake is a 5-8 minute walk away, and there are several places to eat nearby. The shopping mall is about five minutes on foot. The reception staff were welcoming and took good care of us when we arrived after midnight. They helped carry our luggage to the room and quickly provided a baby coat. Our room was satisfactorily clean and had a spacious bed, a sectional sofa, safe, TV, tiny fridge and electric kettle. The bathroom was very small, though, and still smelled even with the ventilation running. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the restaurant and first-floor corridor, where there weren’t any sockets for charging gadgets. No microwave either, so don’t bring food that needs reheating. The restaurant was cheap, but the food wasn’t great. My wife was served potatoes that were partly raw. There’s no lift and no ramp for strollers or wheelchairs.
