The room was damp, cold, and dim, and they wouldn't provide a heater. For 25,000 tenge a night, I expected better conditions. The photos on Instagram look nice, but that was about it. Breakfast is included and tastes okay, and it's a 10-15-minute walk to the center. Chebachye Lake is nearby, but another hotel fences it off. The receptionist didn't handle things well. On our first day, the table outside our room was taken away and put in a paid gazebo for a large group, where it stayed for the next three days. There were no dishes in the room, and the microwave was shared. You could rent dishes and an electric kettle, but needed to leave cash or documents as a deposit. One day we asked for a kettle and were turned down because, they said, one had been stolen or returned late, so they'd decided not to provide them. Honestly, I'm shocked. A room at this price should have a kettle, spoons, and cups. The staff were unfriendly and the service was nonexistent, just like everywhere else in Burabay. I don't recommend it.
