The owner was really helpful and speaks perfect English, and the staff were very friendly too. I paid 9000 tenge for a double room with its own bathroom and breakfast, which felt like a good deal. A handy stop on the way to China, or if you want to see the local mosque 🕌

The hotel is very close to the Mosque ( Meschit). I stayed two days and had a different room each night: the first was small but clean, and the second was quite large and clean too. Breakfast is included, and for the price the service and amenities are really good. They mostly speak Russian and Kazakh, but our experience was good.

Breakfast was included in the 12 000 KZT price, which felt like incredible value. We had a deluxe room with a roomy living area connected to the bedroom. It was such a clean, quiet, excellent place.

The host was friendly, though we had to use Google Translate to communicate. The hotel is near the town centre, and our room was clean, with working air conditioning and shower. Breakfast was good too. Good value, and we'd recommend it.

They were so kind when I left my passport in the room. After offering us a free room upgrade, they even arranged to send it on to Almaty, saving me a lot of time and worry. I only stayed one night, but the room was good, breakfast was nice, and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended!
