I loved this city. The people are kind and friendly, and things are really cheap. The hotel itself is modern and lovely. One thing to keep in mind is that this isn't the capital or a tourist city, so English can be a real problem. The receptionist is the only person who speaks it. You'll need Russian to ask the other staff anything. I could speak Russian, so my stay was absolutely amazing.

The room was clean, and having a kitchen set meant you could cook for yourself. There's a supermarket nearby too. It's a good hotel.

For the price, the quality is very reasonable, and the staff are helpful and friendly, apart from one brunette woman at the reception during the daytime. This new, modern apart hotel was better than I expected.
