We were in a rush before our flight and asked for coffee as soon as breakfast began at 8. The waitress said the machine needed around 20 minutes to warm up, yet it still wasn't ready at 8:30. Why not switch it on before breakfast starts so guests can get coffee on time? The staff were irritated and rude, which is especially disappointing at this room price. A hotel should at least offer polite, professional service. I wouldn't recommend it.

The Georgian dishes were delicious, and the German food was good too. I liked the beer selection, especially as a brewer, and could watch the brewing operation downstairs in the basement. I enjoyed it enough to visit twice with friends while in Kostanai. Highly recommend.
