The internet is there and the service is excellent, but maintenance is pretty poor. Hot water pressure is weak, some furniture is broken, and the remote batteries are dead. It feels like the owner may not have the time or money to keep the hotel in decent shape.

The location worked well for my business trip, especially since it was close to my workplace. I booked a suite and would recommend it. It was on the ground floor, which was convenient. The heat was the one issue, with the air conditioning barely coping with temperatures of 50 degrees.

Everything looks nice after the renovation, but the service was practically nonexistent. There was no refrigerator or way to make tea, and we weren't given soap or remotes for the air conditioner and TV. The TV only had local channels, so I had to turn it on with my phone and the iremote app. We asked for the remotes to be fixed and were ignored. The room was dirty too. I found dust, nails and hair under the shower mat, behind the sofa and beneath the carpet. The manager came into the room wearing shoes, even though she could see we were all in socks. I can't stand dirt.

It was a good place, clean and without any smell, and the air conditioner worked. They take cards, which is a plus. The bathroom had only a roll of toilet paper, and honestly, that was a relief.
