I really like working at the Panorama restaurant. The views are stunning, and I was pleased with the service and the rooms. The price feels fair for what you get.

For a simple night’s stay, the reasonable price may work, but our room, No. 77, had several issues. There was no kettle or glasses unless you asked, and the rate didn’t include complimentary water. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the windows were dirty on the outside. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan didn’t work properly and seemed to spread air through the room; warm water from the fan also ran into the toilet cistern, making the effect after using the bathroom worse. It may not be like this in every room. Breakfast was a limited fixed offering. The hotel is in a good location, though parking could be a problem. I probably won’t stay again and will look for somewhere more interesting.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms had what we needed. Breakfast was top-notch, and we packed some food for the trip. Service was less impressive: the receptionist was slow, though polite, and despite our reminders, it took a long time to get an extra towel. We were sharing a room and were given just one towel for all four days. We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation and were charged for half a day, which was okay with us.
