Clean, very comfortable rooms, great food, and great service and hospitality. The hotel is on the highway, near an opening for a U-turn.

We had a lovely one-night stay at the Sapsan Hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and polite, and got us checked in without unnecessary delays. Our room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious, filling breakfast. A great option for a short stay, highly recommended!

A clean, nice hotel with good food. Being close to the roller ski trail is a real advantage when choosing a place to stay for training camps.

The staff are really friendly, and the administrator deserves special praise. Breakfast is included, too. The room was nice and had no odors, with a good bed and white linens. There were two bottles of water, plus slippers and toiletries. It also had a TV.

The woman who welcomed us and saw us off was genuinely warm and hospitable, and the dining room was clean and cozy. Breakfast came with the stay, and everything was fresh and tasty. Our room was spacious, with a full entryway and a clean, fairly roomy bathroom. The bed was 180, with one large blanket, a warm throw, and two pillows, though I would have liked the pillows to be bigger. There was also a TV and an extra heater. We stayed at this hotel yesterday. It's conveniently close to the Novosibirsk-Astana highway when you're on the road.
