A big thank you to Anastasia from room service! Every order arrived right on time, and she was quick, attentive, and super friendly. She was lovely to talk to, such a kind and positive person. Anastasia made our stay feel extra comfortable and easy 🌸💖

The views and setting are truly breathtaking, but an unpleasant sour smell in the room, likely from the carpet, made the stay less comfortable. I also had trouble communicating with staff on the hotline or hotel phone desk because their English wasn’t proficient. The scenery is excellent, but the room condition and language barrier need significant improvement.

The lake and the surrounding forest made a beautiful setting, and the walks along the wooden lakeside path were a highlight. We also enjoyed the pool, Angry Birds game, and sheesha at the Skybar restaurant. The helicopter tour arranged through the hotel was another standout on our Kazakhstan trip. Thanks to the pilot and assistant Luliya for their great service. After the long drive from Astana, reception and the guest relations manager gave us a warm welcome. The hotel arranged pickup and drop-off from our Astana hotel, and both the vehicles and drivers impressed us. We were upgraded to a spacious, beautiful lake view suite with modern amenities. We tried all the restaurants and really liked the food, including the Indian, local, and Western dishes. Chef Gopal and his team made us feel at home, and Umaida and the restaurant manager looked after us at breakfast. We were sad to leave this gorgeous resort and would love to come back soon.

The meals were delicious, and the restaurant service was especially lovely. yeKaterina was kind and professional, and I’m grateful to her and all the staff. The resort’s location and service were both amazing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
