The staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Rooms are especially spacious, and the area is peaceful while still being near the city center. With such a reasonable price, it’s one of the best hotels in Shymkent for the money. I’d highly recommend it.

It’s tucked away from the main streets, so the location is quiet. I really liked the hotel: the rooms have their own distinctive decor, and the staff were polite. There’s a full set of services, including a steam room, sauna and massage. Definitely five stars.

The place is calm and quiet, with nice landscaping. Rooms are spacious, and it’s handy for a short business trip. You can order room service, or relax in the sauna and then have a massage. The drawback is that it’s far from shops, parks and residential areas. They’re also not flexible with tour operators and don’t seem able to handle quick bookings made on request, which costs them potential clients. I wish the staff were better trained and more adaptable.
