The check-in took an incredibly long time, and I had to request a different room because of the sewage smell, which was very noticeable. At breakfast, if you weren't there early, there was hardly anything left. They only served a weak Americano, with other coffees costing extra. I did like the porridge. Potatoes with chicken at breakfast seemed strange to me, though maybe some people like that filling style. At checkout they charged me 2,000 tenge for a glass of water left in the second room. They should check first instead of showing distrust toward the customer and charging afterward.

The Arboretum and Zoo are just a 15-minute walk away, and the new administrative center is nearby, so it seems well suited to business trips. Parking is convenient, and breakfast is buffet style. The hotel is new and fresh, and meets all the requirements of a 4-star hotel. Yesterday we picked up a tourist there for a tour. The restaurant is quiet and cozy, and the food is delicious. Ainur, the waitress, was so friendly, and the rooms are great too. We highly recommend it!
