The owner was a big help, and flexible check-in by the hour and a late checkout were allowed. The place was spotless and well equipped during our two-night stay, with nothing to complain about. The location was okay, though not especially convenient. We had paid for a family room but were given a twin room.

The room felt cramped, the beds were hard, and the bright white lighting wasn't pleasant. It’s also a long way from the center, and the inward-facing window offers no view. They were very flexible about check-in and check-out times, which was the one good thing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was decent. Restaurants and sightseeing spots weren't ideally placed nearby. The staff seemed quite unfriendly, and the room we got was unbelievably expensive for its size.

The staff were lovely, always willing to help or give advice, and the location made it easy to reach nearby shops, cafes, and attractions. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean, with daily cleaning done to a high standard. We were very happy with our stay and will return and recommend the hotel to friends.

Fine for a single night, but I wouldn't stay longer. The room was tight, and the glass door meant I kept having to draw the curtain. It was noisy, and the receptionist was rude. I liked the “extra” control.
