The setting and atmosphere were lovely. I wasn't staying at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms or overall service, but Ksenia at reception was incredibly welcoming and answered all the questions my friends and I had. She went out of her way to sort out transportation and accommodation problems for us. It's always nice to meet people who enjoy their work.

The food was excellent, and the staff were very polite. Sitting outside among the lovely greenery felt like eating in a quiet garden at home, with soft music in the background. One of the few places in Temirtau I really enjoy.

The room was split into a bedroom and living area, with a TV in each. Mine was a roomy suite with a double bed, a large sofa bed, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The hotel is new, and I liked staying there for several days. The grounds are well kept, and the restaurant serves tasty food. Staff were friendly and happy to help. The gym is well equipped, and there’s a sauna, hammam, and massage service. My room rate included a daily visit. Breakfast was included too, but the choices got repetitive: three kinds of porridge or scrambled eggs with sausage. Wi-Fi was unreliable. Still, I’d stay here again if I return to Temirtau.
