Hampton by Hilton Turkistan Hotel

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and replacing a key card we lost was easy. The hotel is large, with spacious rooms and a big seating area downstairs. Breakfast was decent and the food and drinks were good, including waffles, pancakes, granola, bread, eggs, and noodles. There just wasn't much variety. We had a pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton in Turkistan.

Getting around was easy from Hampton by Hilton Turkistan, with shops, restaurants, and a man-made lake within walking distance. Electric buggy taxis were nearby too, with fares you could negotiate. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and drinks. The rooms were modern, spotless, and well equipped, although I personally prefer a bathtub to a shower. Malika got our rooms ready at short notice, kept us informed, and handled our questions professionally. Kamilla greeted us warmly and shared useful local tourist information. Both spoke fantastic English and made the stay more comfortable. As a loyal Hilton Diamond member, I want to thank the front desk team for a wonderful experience.

The main issue for me was reception. The staff were generally polite, but at times they weren't attentive or quick to answer questions. I waited longer than expected for help, and information about the hotel's services and amenities could have been clearer. The rest of my stay at Hampton by Hilton Turkestan was positive. The amenities, cleanliness, and comfort were top-notch. My room was spacious, well appointed, and kept very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the modern bathroom had good-quality toiletries. The complimentary breakfast offered a good range for different tastes and dietary preferences.

The bed was incomparable, and the room stayed quiet. Thick curtains made it completely dark and peaceful. The new apartment was comfortable and clean, and Assel and the Hampton team were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though I'd suggest getting a hot breakfast before 8-9 in the morning. I picked the hotel for its location and ended up happy with every other part of the stay too. An airport transfer should cost no more than $9 for the whole car. You can find a taxi for $2-3, but you'll have to wait while the driver fills the car, so if you're in a hurry, pay $8-9 for the entire car.
