I stayed three nights, and the fresh feel of the hotel and its modern rooms really stood out. The staff were so helpful that it felt like being at home. Mr. Sohan deserves a special mention. From check-in through the facilities and advice on going out to explore the city and nearby areas, he made sure everything was all right. Breakfast was delicious and really hit the spot. I want to see more of this part of kazakhstan, and I'd happily choose this lovely place again. Thanks, BW Oskemen. Cheers!

The hotel felt pleasant and welcoming, which made it a good place to work and unwind during my recent business trip to Oskemen. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout. Mr. Sohan was especially kind and ready to help, and I really appreciated it. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend the hotel to others visiting the area.

The hotel manager and owner paid attention to how I was doing and what I might need. The employees were friendly and accommodating, and they worked hard to make guests happy. Dipak has trained the restaurant team well. They were kind too.
