The location, staff, and in-room water cooler were the only good parts. The rest made for a really bad stay. The rooms were freezing, with ice forming between the panes of the floor-to-ceiling window and only a small radiator. The furniture was old, and the beds and chairs were broken. The shower was awkward to use: there was no holder for the shower head, the water temperature kept causing problems, and the door wouldn't shut until we forced it back into place. Its handle had come off and was being held on with toilet paper. The food was disgusting and stale. Sausage that had gone off was later used in solyanka, the salads had a film from sitting too long, and the tea had a film or streaks in it. Almost everything was cold and completely unseasoned, with no salt or pepper. We also left with severe itching and bites from bed bugs. The rooms are uncomfortable and inconvenient. I highly recommend them. 👎

Loud music from the nightclub in the same building carried into my room until 3-4 am. The shower didn't work, so they moved me to a different room. In the morning, I woke up to water pouring from the ceiling onto my suitcase. The price really doesn't match the quality.

There’s somewhere to grab a bite right at the hotel, and the room is furnished adequately. The bathroom wasn't to my liking. The location is a real plus, with government offices, a park, and two of the city's main streets nearby.

The restaurant owner was attentive and polite, the food was good, and they dealt with minor issues quickly. Reception was friendly too. But the staff seemed stretched thin: the room hadn't been cleaned for a week. They emptied the trash and changed towels when I asked, though the bed linen stayed the same.

The food is tasty, cheap, and comes out fast, so this could be a great cafeteria. But the service is just awful. I went twice and felt bad both times, like I was homeless and begging for scraps. I'm talking about the curly-haired woman serving the food.
