We booked a bungalow and loved it. It was clean and comfortable, with great views of the Mighty MEKONG RIVER, and there was a safe spot for our two bicycles. Excellent location and superb food, just like the earlier reviews said. If you're heading toward Pakse, this is a must stop for a meal, a place to stay, or both! 😍😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cycling down from the Bolaven Plateau, we found this to be a perfect place to stop for breakfast. The riverside setting and lovely buildings overlooking the Mekong are beautiful, and the calm starts as soon as you enter the grounds. We’re grateful to the owner for the warm welcome and for making us feel at home. A peaceful, beautiful hidden gem just outside Pakse.

I only stopped in for coffee, then stayed the night. Sean is a legend, and this is the best place in the region. The views, food, and conversation were all beautiful, and the beers deserve a mention too 🙄

We had a very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend the hotel or restaurant. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful, acting self-centered and showing no consideration for others. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, communication was poor, and there seemed to be a strong push toward excessive consumption, without much humanity or hospitality.

The river view is magnificent, and the breeze coming off it is always refreshing. The food is consistently delicious, with a good number of customers most of the time, but it never gets so busy that service suffers. Locals and travelers both eat here often. We usually get the chicken or fish, though the veggie dishes are world class too.
