The walls were very dirty, and the toilets were filthy. Gas was coming out of the toilet, so I asked the receptionist to check it. He rudely told me to find another guesthouse.

A basic room with basic amenities, clean enough for me. The place is close to town, which is handy.

For the money, the rooms were okay, though they could have been cleaner. We still felt comfortable there. It was hard to communicate directly with the staff, but we could get extra information by phone through an English speaker at reception. We even survived an earthquake while staying at this hotel!

The location is really convenient, with easy access to places around town. The accommodation is basic and clean enough. Working in the room wouldn't be practical, since it only has a small table and chair, and their edges are sharp.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the shower head. I've stayed in other, more expensive hotels in town, but liked this one better. It's a quiet, nice place in Luang Namtha, and I'd recommend it to travelers.
