There are two buildings, one newer than the other, with slightly different prices. The gap isn’t large, so either seemed like a good option. There’s parking, and the drive to the city is short, about 8min. A morning walk into town is pleasant and manageable, and staff can call a tuktuk too, though the fare may vary. The rooms were clean and roomy. Staff don’t speak much English, but we got by fine with a translation app. Keep in mind that tour groups can make things noisy. Regular guests don’t get breakfast, since it’s served only to tour groups. Still, it’s good value with clean rooms and a convenient location.👍👍👍

We were three people, and although they had no triple rooms available, the staff let us stay in a twin room. The room was clean, and they were helpful.

The room was nice, and the front desk staff were a big help. The balcony was great too. WiFi was our only complaint: it was so slow that we had to buy a SIM card with data to get online. If you need a reliable connection, you may struggle here.

I was here for a good three weeks. The rooms were fairly nice and roomy, and nothing was stolen. Prices are cheaper if you book in person, though the staff don’t speak much English, so I used translators. The gates open early and close around 11 pm, but they can arrange something if you need accommodation outside those hours. It’s a bit far from the tourist spots, though you can catch a tuk tuk down the street. I had my reasons for staying in this area. They didn’t change my sheets and blankets very often. There are lots of dogs around and some dark alleys, so be careful.

Only paid 150,000 kip, half the price shown in a Google search ad. I think it may be cheaper to book in person. The room was very clean, and I’d definitely stay again.
