Liberty Place

A really nice guesthouse for our four nights. It was quiet at night, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The bathroom fan didn’t work, though, so the room got very damp after showers.

The staff were super friendly, and guests can borrow several bikes for free. There’s also instant coffee and tea in the lobby around the clock. Breakfast is a small included meal with eggs to order, pancakes, or French toast. We stayed 3 nights upstairs in a standard room. It was a bit compact but practical, with cool AC, hot water, a mini fridge, and TV. The hotel is on a quiet side street, though there was construction noise next door. Once we closed the double room doors, it was barely noticeable.

A quiet place in LP, still close to the center. The staff were really helpful with whatever I needed. There were just a few mosquitoes in the room.

Room 204 was small and covered in thick dust. During our stay, housekeeping only changed the towels and brought toilet paper. They didn’t mop or dust the furniture, so I had to clean it myself because of my allergy. I can’t wear a mask 24/7, though I already wear one outside. The bathroom needs serious renovation. Water gets everywhere when you shower, and the wooden door was rotting. There were lots of marks on the walls, and the TV didn’t work. The location wasn’t convenient either. Overall, this wasn’t good accommodation.
