Step outside and you're right by the night market, with shops all along the busy street and plenty of tasty food. The accommodation itself was beautiful and clean, too. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the in-room amenities were superb. Amazing!

The best thing about the place is its spot right by the night market. Just keep in mind that if you arrive to check in after the market opens, the street is closed to cars and you'll have to walk through the market to reach it. I booked the family room because it was the only one available, even though I was travelling alone. It looked lovely at first, but a closer look was disappointing: there was long dark hair all over, and dried urine on the toilet seat. The bathroom layout also wasn't thought through in the remodel. The shower is right beside the toilet, so everything gets soaked when you shower, and you'll need plastic slippers to use the bathroom for the rest of the day. There's no toilet paper holder, just a spot above the water tank, and not enough racks in the room or bathroom for four people's towels. The frosted windows in the door to the hallway let in a surprising amount of light. When the hall lights came on at 5:30 AM, I thought someone had turned on my room light. Sound carries, too. There was no soundproofing, so the neighbours' TV at normal volume felt like it was in my room.
