The staff were exceptionally friendly, and breakfast was delicious and made to order. I had the American breakfast: coffee or tea, juice, seasonal fruit, eggs made how you like, a croissant, and a roll with jam and butter. There were two other options, including a local breakfast. You can also book tours and transport here. The rooms are stylish, clean, and good quality. They offer daily cleaning on request, which saves on laundry. For less plastic, they give you water on arrival and you can refill the bottles at the machine downstairs. The internet was good enough to stream video. I stayed seven nights and would definitely come back to Luang Prabang and stay here again. The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. Rooms are clean and simple, and you can walk to lots of restaurants, bakeries, the night market, rivers, and the mountain temple. WiFi could be quicker and more reliable. Breakfast was okay, with a great fruit plate and croissants. Laundry is available two doors down.

The staff were friendly and helpful, gave me tips, and sorted out my onward bus. I’d happily stay here again. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and secure, and breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit and eggs. The coffee was basically brown water, but that’s a small thing. It’s really well located.

We booked again for our return from northern Laos because we liked it so much. My wife and I first stayed three nights, then extended. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a big bed, comfy bedding, and plenty of outlets. They offered daily cleaning, and the staff were super friendly. The manager also helped us through a stressful personal matter, and I was impressed by how thoughtful and kind she was. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was really good, and Room 210 upstairs was bright, airy, and set in a corner. The Lao-style villa is in a great spot in the historic district. The pillows weren't comfortable, though that's fairly common, and there was no shower gel, which cost it a star.
