Girish Golani took such good care of us throughout our stay. His kindness, attention to detail, and dedication made a real difference. The Indian staff also stood out for their courtesy and politeness, and were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Everyone on the team was attentive and professional, while still genuinely kind. I was truly impressed with the experience at Grand Hotel Vientiane and grateful for the wonderful hospitality. A perfect 10 out of 10, with top quality service and unforgettable care!

I had a very unpleasant time trying to book a room. I started with their website but never heard back. Then I messaged on WhatsApp and got no response. My assistant tried calling, but nobody picked up, so they drove there to ask about the rate. Staff wouldn’t provide it. They seemed to have no manners or skills.

We’ve stayed here twice, and each time the service has been top-notch. The staff are kind and attentive, and ready to help. Having breakfast and dinner included is a nice bonus when you’re busy or would rather not go out to eat. The rooms have what you need to study or work comfortably, and there’s a Korean mart nearby as well as restaurants serving different cuisines. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Vientiane!

I stayed for six nights at Grand Hotel Vientiane, and I’m very thankful to all the staff, especially Lava from India. I was having trouble getting a local SIM card, and he helped buy and set it up on my phone. He even topped it up using his local app, which I obviously didn’t have. I’ve never had customer service like that. He went above and beyond to make me feel cared for and happy. The hotel was also clean and spacious compared with others. Thank you 😊
