The price was good, the bed was comfortable, and it stayed pretty quiet. I liked having complimentary tea, water, and instant coffee. Staff seemed to be away from the hotel about half the time. Our so-called window faced a wall just a few centimeters away and a small alley full of trash. The floor and bed were okay, but the place was quite dirty, especially the windows and woodwork, which looked like they hadn't been wiped in years. Good value, even if it wasn't the best place overall.

I've stayed here over the past four years and have always had the best service. The people running it are some of the friendliest around. It's ideal for exploring Luang Prabang, just a short walk from Main Street while still far enough away to be quiet. Probably my favorite hotel in Laos. Highly recommend it.

It's a great spot, about 30 seconds from the river and close to plenty of restaurants and temples. I've stayed twice, and both rooms were nice, with good AC and decent beds. The staff were helpful with laundry, motorbike rentals, and bus bookings.

The bathroom still smelled bad even after we fixed the drain stopper, though it was a bit better. The sink was leaking when we arrived. Our ground-floor room was quite small and dark. I'd only recommend it for a short stay. We paid about $30 a night.

The staff are really friendly, and the internet works like a charm, which was great. Rooms with balconies are lovely. The shower and AC both worked well, though the bed was a little hard but still okay.
