The design is beautiful, and everything was very clean. We also loved the fresh, delicious breakfast. It was two courses plus bread, more than enough for us, despite some reviews calling it small. The staff made the service feel like a boutique hotel, and we appreciated being told about the construction, which didn't bother us. It's in a quieter part of town, with restaurants down the street, and the free bikes made getting around convenient. We'll definitely stay at Chic Stay Hana again if we return to Luang Prabang.

Breakfast was delicious, and I really liked being served what I ordered instead of having a buffet. The snack bar menu was good too, and lounging by the pool was lovely. My room was comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the balcony looked out over the pool. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. I'd absolutely stay again if I return to Luang Prabang.

It was easy to explore Luang Prabang from here, while still having a peaceful place to come back to. The hotel has bikes, and the main street is just a short ride away. Staff were friendly and spoke English. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and outdoor showers. A charming boutique hotel with stylish design and European vibes, and great value for a stay with character.

The only downside was arranging excursions through the hotel. It felt a bit pricey and not very transparent, and booking elsewhere would cost much less, even though we thoroughly enjoyed the excursions. The rest of our stay was lovely: spacious, clean rooms, attentive staff, and an incredible breakfast. The hotel is also pretty close to the main markets and attractions.

The staff at Chic Stay Hana Hotel were very, very friendly, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was really good and very complete, and the swimming pool was great too. It felt like paradise, a lovely place to relax on holiday and one of the best options in Luang Prabang. Thanks for everything!
