U Luang Prabang

The koi pond gives this beautiful, thoughtfully designed property a calm, distinctive feel. We found the rooms comfortable and well equipped after days out exploring, and the food was a pleasant surprise, good enough that we were happy to eat at the hotel. It's close enough to walk to markets, restaurants, and major sights, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, and the stay felt easy from start to finish. U Luang Prabang made for a memorable stay in Luang Prabang.

We got moved up to a second-floor room facing the goldfish pond, and had a great stay. The hotel manager and the rest of the staff were cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and the quiet setting made it easy to relax. Lots of restaurants are close by, and the night market, walking street, and Mekong River aren't far. We'd stay here again if we get the chance. The shower pressure on the second floor was low and could be improved.

Noy at the bar was kind and shared useful tips for places to see nearby. At breakfast, Noy and Saeng were warm, polite, and always smiling. The service throughout our two nights at U Luang Prabang was top-notch, with friendly, helpful staff. The room was quiet and had a bathtub, which suited me as a light sleeper. The bed felt like a cloud and we slept very well. We also appreciated the all-day à la carte breakfast option if we missed the buffet, since we're not morning people. A wonderful stay, highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 stars!

K. Seng and K. Noy at breakfast made sure we were well fed and warmed up the best croissants for us every morning. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms were really comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. We had late checkout, which was a big perk. The hotel is right in town but somehow very quiet and feels away from everything. The service was impeccable. What a gem, I'm impressed and will definitely come back.
