The owner was very kind and welcoming, and the room was quite large. The location is convenient and close to the bus station, which is a big plus. Still, it was hard to communicate because the reception staff didn't speak English at all, making basic things difficult. The reception area looked messy, and the hotel felt very outdated. It was okay for a short stay, but could use better organization, renovation, and English-speaking staff.

The room was comfortable and calm, but the price has almost doubled over two years. My main issue was the laundry service, which is too expensive. I'd recommend using a laundry store instead.

There's a great view of the Mekong from the balcony at the end of the fifth-floor hallway. The river walkway is just 50 meters from the hotel door, and you can take the elevator up.

The rooms are large, clean, and quite new. It’s a great spot on the river, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is pretty good value.
