Cockroaches were in both of our rooms. I caught one and put it in a bag for the cleaner. In one room we also found fly larvae, which grossed out our children, so I had to get rid of it. I told the front desk and hope they do something about it. The staff weren't friendly and didn't greet us, there was no WiFi, the rooms weren't as clean as they should've been, and the air conditioning wasn't cool enough. Water from the sink ran onto the floor and wet my feet every time I used the bathroom. One room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. They told us to lift the tank cover and let water in, but we said no and asked to change rooms.
