I found the service polished from the start at Horkeo Boutique Hotel in Xam Neua. The staff were courteous and helpful, check-in went smoothly, and housekeeping kept everything spotless each day. My room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had luxurious bedding, modern amenities, and a stunning balcony view. The restaurant meals exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh choices. The dining area was relaxing and the service was top-notch. Horkeo Boutique Hotel really lives up to its 5-star rating. I highly recommend it for a luxurious, memorable stay, and can't wait to return.

For a proper hotel in Samnuea, this is one of the best places to stay. It's a brand new, well-appointed 4-star hotel right in the city centre, and the staff were warm and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. The restaurant was the letdown. My Phak Kra Pow was far too salty. When I told the staff, they said, "thai style is like that." I replied that Thai Kra pow isn't that salty, having tried it many times. The chef needs to accept constructive comments.

We stayed for two nights and had a great time eating at the restaurant both evenings. The food was fabulous, and Noon looked after us with amazing service each night. Breakfast had a good selection of dishes, too. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and our room felt luxurious, clean, and very comfortable.
