They had no shower floor towel, so I used a regular towel that was already torn. Then they wanted to charge me 250000 kip for using it as a bathroom floor towel. They said I had disrespected them by using it that way and told me to pay. I thought I was supporting a Hmong business, but felt they were trying to rip me off. There was no hospitality or customer service at all. If you want good service and a place where you won't feel ripped off, stay away. I 100% would not recommend it.
